@FounderEric The same goes for bad team members, advisors, and anyone else who doesn't share the same passion or interest in seeing the business succeed. It's hard enough trying to build a business without others deliberately or inadvertently sabotaging things.
@EricDLombardi@OntLiberal I became a member of the @OntLiberal to vote for you. It's been years since I had a membership mainly because I didn't believe in the party's previous leaders and their policies. You bring fresh ideas and a healthy dose of optimism that we can build a better future for Ontarians.
@EricDLombardi Your solution-based approach to policymaking is what drew me to your campaign. As I've mentioned before, I don't agree with you on everything, but I respect your willingness to share your stances and what you believe are the best ways to resolve the most challenging issues.
Chapman's Ice Cream has just done something EVERY Canadian should know.
The largest ice cream company in Canada used to source fruit and nuts from American suppliers — for some, for over 30 years. Then, Trump imposed a 25% tariff on Canadian products.
So, what did Chapman's do?
📷 They called Italy.
📷 They called Spain.
📷 They signed multi-year contracts with European suppliers.
And the vice president said it perfectly:
"Even if Trump wakes up smarter than yesterday, we're about to sign long-term deals with other countries — and the American companies that supply them will have nothing but their eyes to cry for."
Oh, and on top of ALL that? They're COLDing their prices so that the average Canadian doesn't have to spend a single cent more.
It's a family business. No shareholders. Just the Chapman family saying: "The least we can do is make sure Canadians still have the means to buy ice cream."
That's what Canadian pride looks like.
Next time you're at the grocery store — grab some Chapman's.
Every scoop of ice cream is a vote for Canada.
Deciding who to vote for can be tough in a crowded field. I lean toward candidates who know the issues and have a track record of making a difference, like my friend @LourozMercader. If I lived in #Mississauga Ward 7, I'd vote for him. Follow his campaign at @lourozhq. #onpoli
This morning, I spoke with opposition leaders about our response to the unjustified U.S. tariffs — including new measures to back Canadian workers, families, and businesses.
We’re focused on what matters: protecting Canadian jobs, building a stronger economy, and making sure Canada is never dependent on any single country.

Earlier this morning, I had an hour-long conversation with Prime Minister Carney, where I shared what it will take to Trump-proof our economy. We don't build an independent Canada by throwing billions of public dollars on sectors that are already disproportionately US-owned — like weapons, AI and fossil fuels.
This is a look-in-the-mirror moment for Canada. Let's make our country stronger, safer and more affordable for the 99%.
Several elections are underway in #Ontario. @EricDLombardi brings a fresh approach to politics—bold ideas & innovative, practical solutions—and he speaks with passion and a deep understanding of the issues. He's the reason the @OntLiberal leadership race is the election to watch!
Chantal Hébert: "What I see today is that those polls that show 75% of people backing Mark Carney are quite extraordinary. But the opposite is not true in the US. That is not happening to President Trump and his crew. No one is saying, 'Good for you. Please stand up to Canada and hit them more.' They are losing that PR battle at home."
