@LowellDKern There's actual case law that showed I did follow the rules, but small candidates don't always have resources to fight it in court. That's the problem that's kept incumbents in seats for 50 years. At least be honest about it. A whole bunch of signatures came from your board, btw.

@BOENYC @NYGovCuomo @NYCMayor But my campaign did qualify. You denied me based on petition language that was actually upheld in Odett v Walsh, 2010. Ironically, Commissioner Araujo was one of the two spoke up to boot me. Sorry, what was he fined for again? There was a challenger, and the voters know that now.
