The term “witch hunt” is overused in politics. Perhaps not this time. Quite a bit of the British media should ask themselves some serious questions as to whether the tenor and volume of the coverage they gave to this man was remotely proportionate. Likewise there are questions for Cambridge- and whether they discharged their duty of care.

@BritainVotesNow Current Dumfries & Galloway is a bit wrong. Reform got the most votes in the Stranraer by-election 2025 but didn’t win the seat because of the voting system. Also, the Tory group is about half as big as what you’ve got it, a bunch of them quit to form independent groups.
