2/2 .@AmericanAir and after 10 days of waiting on a response from customer service, their resolution was a canned email response offering $90 worth of airline miles. I'm out of pocket over $1k and your resolution to the problem is $90???????????????????????????

1/2 .@americanair canceled my flight the day of departure, refused to put us on another flight even though there was one leaving 3 hours later (forcing us to pay out of pocket for a same day flight from San Francisco to Chile), never refunded $250 in flight upgrade fees
