@JesseKellyDC No, actually. Like any court, the fisa court does not so any investigation of their own...unlike other courts, the defendant does not have any representation and instead relies upon the integrity of the requesting agency to present accurate and complete evidence.

@randfish Google has opened up much of it's underlying tech, from MLP and DNN to their servers & data-stores. Potential is there for a startup to solve big search problems using gcloud (google's infrastructure) to become that strong competitor thus G is aiding competition/removing barriers
