@PsyonixStudios You should consider removing free text chat from @RocketLeague - the things people say in-game are disgusting and borderline criminal, and children are seeing it. There are too many offenders to report everyone, and the penalties clearly aren't strong enough.

@virginmedia You only see complaints on channels such as twitter because that's the only way your customers can get your attention. Your phone lines are dead ends and your support forums are useless. Your customers shouldn't have to resort to social media to get the support we're paying for.

A search for "virginmedia" turns up tweets that are 99.9% complaints and pleas for help, every minute of every day.

@virginmedia I've just been informed that my monthly bill is going up due to "improvements" you've been making to my service - I've seen no improvements and the wifi availability and range in my house is still poor, so why am I now being charged extra for the same poor service?
