A2 Brick and mortar will make a come back as soon as lockdowns are lifted but the pandemic have fundamentally changed consumer's habits and online sales will retain a more substantial share going forward. #IDC_DEVICES2021
A1It will be hard to match the volume of shipments of the last 12 months, particularly driven by large education deals and consumer demand. However, lockdowns have contributed to restore PCs as the primary device and that is expected to continue in the short term #IDC_DEVICES2021
A10 I was well impressed with the ASUS' Zenbook Duo refresh. Asus improved the dual screen experience and the partnership with Adobe is helping to show how this feature can be optimized for content creation. #IDC_CES2021
Q5 The Surface Pro 7+ feels a lot like lockdown update version of the Surface Pro 7. Ultra mobile devices were not the most benefited category by the pandemic, but MSFT brings a Surface Pro version with enhanced security and connectivity features. #IDC_CES2021

@LiamJGHall @JamesBall_IDC Most console/PC gamers will be saving for the announcements that took place during Techtober. Particularly the new PlayStation/Xbox and the new generation of graphic cards and CPUs.
@LiamJGHall @HelenaF_IDC #CyberMonday used to be a great yearly booster for the online channel in places where online purchasing habits were less developed.
