@blknoiz06@0xaman_ I think figuring out how to airdrop locked/staked $ANSEM could be paradigm-shifting/ be huge to achieving your goals for this effort. Or streaming the tokens in real-time via something like @llamapay_io would also be pretty novel
So far no drones can do this. Even elaborate light shows rely on preprogrammed routes and deterministic behavior. This emergent, dynamic behavior where the individual birds all follow one another and a ‘flock’ comes to be is still beyond edge compute.
@owenbroadcast it's because a lot of pollutants rise (such as smoke/air from cooking) and after they go up and they linger at the top of the room. very important to open the windows in the upstairs areas of this kind of space

Sunday Stretching
Tension collects in your body when you work in a stressful environment.
The stiffness eventually becomes chronic pain if you let it fester long enough.
Stretch out the excess stress stored in your body to clear your mind before your week starts:
8 stretches from the feet up
These videos show you the full range of motion but it's likely you will be more restricted. Don't force the end point, just hold where your body stops and remember to breathe or you'll never relax.
1- Seated Toe Pointing [ 3 x 10-20 reps ](0:04)
This stretch is crucial for people who wear dress shoes or high heels all week.
2- Calf and Ham Stretch [ 3 x 30-60s ] (0:10.6)
Many people feel this one right behind the knee.
3- Wide Leg Adductor Stretch [ 3 x 30-60s ] (0:19.6)
One of my clients told me this stretch made her feel fifty years older because of how little she could move forward.
4- Lying Quad Stretch [ 3 x 30-60s /leg] (0:28.9)
The epicenter of tension in your body.
5- Crossed-Leg Stretch [ 3 x 30-60s/leg ] (0:38.3)
How far forward can you go? The answer is going to be nowhere for many of you.
6- Abdominal Stretch [ 3 x 30-60s ] (0:47)
I've seen many stressed office workers struggle to lift their shoulders off the floor.
7- Chest/Back Stretch [ 3 x 30-60s ] (0:57.1)
I love this stretch because it hits the biggest muscles in your upper body, two major stiff areas wrecking havoc on the neck and shoulders when left unchecked.
8- Kneeling Neck Stretch [ 3 x 10 reps ] (1:07.3)
Many people spend their weeks with their heads curled forward. This dynamic stretch forces you to move your neck in the opposite direction.

Stretching is a tool to calm your body and mind, not just a means to bend like a pretzel. Use it wisely. You have to be more consistent at first, but eventually you'll only have to do it ever so often.

@Hopefulin2021 @drjamesdinic There doesn’t seem to be widespread consensus on the research yet, but early research shows that there are health benefits from:
1) eating early in the day
2) a 6 to 10 hour eating window
