@virginmedia @bt_uk @sky Compensation after 24hrs of lose of service, it’s always “back online before” but what about the 15hrs today, 4hrs yesterday, 3hrs Wednesday and 7 hours Tuesday! If I was to sit and contact you every time it fails it would be considered a part time job!
