So during routine maintenance @WeAreOpenreach accidently switched my telephone line with a neighbour. 6 wks later with no internet apparently I’m not high enough priority to send a engineer round to. 6 weeks! Disgraceful

@VodafoneUK no broadband for 5 weeks now. No contact, no engineer, no end in sight. Hours of online help chat. Hours of telephone calls. Too many broken promises. Very very disappointed. How long is it reasonable to leave a customer without the internet?
