My absolute favorite thing about watching Dansby Swanson play defense is he throws every ball to first with the EXACT amount of zip it needs for each play. No more, no less. It’s a level of feel for the game I’m not sure I’ve ever seen elsewhere.

@gbb70 @cruzrs_ Both of those guys retired willingly and neither were pushed out. Mantle was playing for awful Yankee teams with blown out knees and Greenberg went out on his own to get into management so not sure they fall into this category. Are there any other examples? Truly interested

I think I've figured it out

While the LH example mostly fits the shape, the part that makes me think it's NOT a lefty, is the silhouette of the hand(s).

I feel like if it were a lefty, you'd see both hands, but in the logo, it looks like his shoulder is blocking his bottom hand
