@HastingsHelp I have phoned and provided my bank details again, but its not really ideal that you lost them on the first place, GDPR springs to mind...??? How do I know they will be safe going forward? The person on the phone said this has happened to a number of customers!

@HastingsHelp Great to hear Hastings have "lost" some of their customer bank details! My insurance payment didn't go out due to this but instead of receiving an apology or any information (until I phoned!) I received an email advising my policy might be cancelled, cheers guys 👍
