Mayank TVS Muzaffarpur की सर्विस बेहद खराब है। मेरी बाइक 20 दिन तक रखी गई, क्लेम बाद में प्रोसेस किया गया। बिना जानकारी दिए पार्ट्स ऑर्डर कर दिए गए और क्लेम अप्रूवल की सही जानकारी नही दी गई। स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी असंतोषजनक है। कृपया मामले की जांच करे @tvsmotorcompany @ICICILombard

@makemytripcare Thank you for the response. Kindly look into the matter on priority, as I had to book another ticket due to the lack of any cancellation update from your side. Awaiting a fair resolution and refund.

Booked a SpiceJet flight via @makemytrip for 22 May. PNR: [IBH3HP]. Flight was auto-cancelled on 27 Apr without any SMS, email, update. Found out during web check-in after calling SpiceJet. Had to book a new ₹11k ticket and pay ₹4k extra. Need full refund and compensation.
