@Delta Apologies are nice but, on top of the $30 for the bag I didn't need to check, I was charged another $125 to travel w/ my #ESA today even tho I submitted all documentation 48+ hours ago on your site. @JetBlue was beyond accommodating with my ESA and guitar on recent flights.
@Delta I'm traveling w/ an #ESA and #guitar. MCO Delta Staff has been quite condescending. In every past flight w/ @JetBlue, Delta, or @AlaskaAir, my guitar gets gate checked like a stroller and my documented #ESA is not considered a carry-on. Henry forced me to check a tiny bag.
@lomorelli When I was eliminated off The Glee Project, @Sia tweeted me & we met. She gave me reassurance & advice about the industry, including "don't rush." Her words have been like a lighthouse since. I still write/sing/act, but now I retreat more & trust the timing. #ShareYourRejections
Dr. King was 26 when the Montgomery bus boycott began. He started small, rallying others who believed their efforts mattered, pressing on through challenges and doubts to change our world for the better. A permanent inspiration for the rest of us to keep pushing towards justice.
@KrrrSchmidt @FilmCritHULK Depends on dietary preferences and how casual or nice you're looking for... For veg options, I like Cafe Gratitude, The Springs, Mohawk Bend, and the new Impossible Burger at Umami.
Pick the clothes, haircut, and scents you feel most confident and yourself in. Remember: you don't have to be or conform to the way masculinity is most widely represented. Your authentic self is way cooler than a stereotype. Find ways to appreciate being different. #transweek https://t.co/fCMTR58jIz
@glaad@TheMrMilan@TransRigo@TheBrianMichael@supermattachine A4-part 3. I correct this bad habit by acknowledging when I'm acting cold or intentionally distant (ie. the walls are up). I take some deep breaths and do my best to admit what's motivating this behavior- What am I trying to keep inside? I genuinely apologize & work to do better.
@glaad@TheMrMilan@TransRigo@TheBrianMichael@supermattachine A4 part 2- We're taught that vulnerability = weakness, which is the opposite of true. It requires a lot more courage to be emotionally honest and vulnerable- in touch with feelings and fears- than it does to hide behind walls of a "tough" pretense. Our growth is stunted by it.
