@Zephyr_hg@narekvar Brands can be as involved as they'd like to be. If you're a PM or in marketing and running interviews isn't your forte or preference, Frank can guide and handle most of it for you, presenting actionable insights you can run with. And if you're an interviewer, he helps you scale!
@tech_crafters@narekvar It's interesting you ask. A number of brands have told us their customers are unexpectedly frank with Frank (pun intended). It seems surprising, but think of the way you share things with ChatGPT or Claude that you might not tell your best friend. People are more open with AI!
@hasantoxr@narekvar You chat with Frank, sharing your product and research goals, and he guides you toward an optimal research outline. You can choose your interview format/duration. Then just share the link wherever you want, and sit back as the insights pour in.
@AIPandaX@narekvar It's less about replacing, more about augmenting.
Instead of trying to squeeze 1-2 interviews into a busy schedule, product and marketing managers can now run 100 interviews per week! Include it in a user flow (eg. sign-up), and you've got a steady stream of actionable insights!
Frank is finally giving start-ups and mid-sized teams access to the enterprise-level customer interviews that steer their major product and marketing decisions!
Can't wait to see how agile product development will get thanks to all these authentic first-hand customer experiences
Meet Frank, an AI Researcher that conducts customer interviews at scale.
Frank runs voice interviews with hundreds of customers and turns them into clear, actionable insights.
Talking to customers is the single most reliable way to build something valuable.
But in reality, research is still mostly limited to large companies.
We wanted to change that.
With AI, anyone can now run meaningful research at scale, without the usual time and cost.
Frank helps you understand what your customers actually want, why they churn, what resonates and what doesn’t.
Yeah… and one interesting thing we noticed:
People tend to be more honest with AI. 🤷♂️
There’s no pressure. No need to be polite…
That’s why we called it Frank. 😀

@thesamparr Technically in your example, "fast" IS the adverb.
"He ran fast" would make Stephen King's blood boil.
Instead, choose verbs that handle verb+adverb together: He sprinted, he dashed, he raced, bolted, zipped, zoomed, darted...
@mesetatron@birdabo Colemak's nice with some changes. The shortcut issue can be solved by remapping in Linux, or if you have/build a programmable keyboard (qmk), you can embed the shortcuts you want at hardware level. The only issue I have is vim bindings (things like hjkl), but that's fixable too
@signulll "To a philosopher all news is gossip, and they who read it are old women over their tea. If we read of one man robbed, or one house burned - we need never read another. One is enough. If you are acquainted with the principle, what do you care for a myriad instances?" HD Thoreau
@unsexy_biz_guys@indiesoftwaredv@jvr0x@levelsio That's assuming it all continues as it did in the past, no black swans like China replacing the US economically. It's only mapped on the US's insane growth over the last century, without considering the global shifts in power in the preceding centuries/millennia
@dgrcode @PixeIUIs @levelsio Well, tbf you're also assuming that on this timescale, bonds, stocks and the general US dominance will hold. With AI and China's accelerated pace, I wouldn't be so confident about this, and diversifying with rent is not a bad idea (esp. if it's in different locations).
@levelsio There's a third argument, 0% interest loans. I get 100% of the interest on my loan subsidized by the gov, so I'm essentially paying 3x less than typical rent a month, aka the principal on a house I'll own.. no brainer. Want to move? Rent it out or sell it, no biggie...
@JayMcCabe@bmgentile@sama I haven't experienced this. It'll reference things we discussed in other chats often. And when asked "What overall feedback do you have from all our chats?" in a new chat, it's pretty spot on. So it always knew what we'd discussed elsewhere
@oldudershead@JayRidd79471728@paulg All stock market dips are temporary. And yet Trump kept focusing on the stock market during Biden's presidency, and how the stock market is the strongest indicator. Funny how it isn't when he doesn't need it to be 😅
@timjcarden "I never read any memorable news in a newspaper. If we read of one man robbed... or one steamboat blown up... or one lot of grasshoppers in the winter, - we need never read of another. If you are acquainted with the principle, what do you care for a myriad instances?" - Thoreau
@timjcarden People think this information overload is new. It isn't.
Thoreau in the 1800s: "To a philosopher all news, as it is called, is gossip, and those who edit and read it are old women over their tea."
And see the 2nd Century idea of "Bread and Circuses".
@the_octobro@levelsio I think that's definitely one way of looking at it. But not the only one.
Compared to the US, EU has better education, standard of living, happiness index, more vacation, and less inequality, job insecurity, unemployment... seems like a pretty big upside of slower growth.
