centralink I called a few days after and I was told you hadn’t received it I then sent it by email I then called and was told you still hadn’t got the email I then resent it how did I find out if you have got it?

@Telstra my phone as been in your store waiting to go to repair since the 8th March and as been collected today when I got told a replacement phone had been sent out on Friday to be delivered Saturday yet my phone hasn’t even been sent off.
