Today my law firm & @dannlaw filed lawsuit in Court of Common Pleas, Cuyahoga Cnty, Ohio (https://t.co/8SeaNm1NNw) against Cong. Max Miller (R-OH) on behalf of former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham.

The litigation is related to prior defamation case, 21-CV-953971.

Just like the federal government, Ohio's legislature needs to respect the constitution which prohibits taking private property without just compensation
