@SouthLanCouncil when I am getting my bins, ordered over 8 weeks ago, what are you going to do about the waste pilling up in my house? Just watched neighbours getting bins delivered to them, to be told "none of them are for us", why am I paying council tax? Sort it out!

@British_Airways missed GLA flight from LGW after KIN flight to LGW was delayed. Taken off GLA flight list without notice even though made it before gate closed, not allowed on, 7 hr wait till next flight, £10 food voucher a joke for such a long wait, official complaint following
