@S_McCormick95 Eddie Howe is one of the very few coaches in the PL who has improved pretty much every player who worked with him at NUFC. Gordon, Burn and Livramento made England WC squad. Hall should have. 2 midfielders who moved for £100m this summer were coached by EH. Incredible man & coach

@LukeEdwardsTele As much as I’d like loads of signings - it would mean loads of sales. I’d rather be a club that buys well and keeps players (Bruno, Sandro, Isak, Botman) than a club who buys but then has to sells loads too. I would not swap those guys for anyone.

@LukeEdwardsTele I personally think that NUFC are the greatest club of all time and I can’t understand why anyone signs elsewhere. The reality is we are now competing with other mega clubs (who have mega money) for mega players. We are going to lose out but you have to aim for the stars…

@LukeEdwardsTele My point is that Chelsea and Man U have bought 2 players we liked - for fees that would have been the same for NUFC. However, their wages are too high, not because of PIF, but because other clubs are prepared to pay the huge sums they asked

@LukeEdwardsTele @LukeEdwardsTele we’ve been told the pool of players is very small. Delap: the fee for Chelsea was the same for us. However, they are prepared to pay crazy wages. Mbeumo: Brentford would charge us the same as they would Man U. Man U are prepared to pay crazy wages.
