@manairport Flight landed at 00.20, was told there was a delay In getting baggage. Then was told fill out a form and get your gas delivered to you at home. Started off later that day, then Monday then Tuesday. Decided to wait. Then announcement said it would be 4am as apparently
@TUIUK@manairport@TUIUK@manairport it wasn’t a flight delay it was collecting luggage on return flight! So no one seemed quick to get the luggage for us as it wasn’t an outbound flight. Not surprised at lack of response from @manairport as they never bothered with us all when we were there 5hrs!

@TUIUK@TUIUK@manairport I don’t believe 5hrs 10mins was the first opportunity. The swisport staff left and apparently the new ones didn’t start till 4am. But we still had to wait a further 1.5 hrs!!!The lack of communication the lack of disregard by @manairport was disgusting.
@TUIUK you cancelled my holiday less than 24 hrs before I was supposed to fly. I was told I would get £200 compensation. This was on 27th May 21 I was told I would receive an email about it, I never got an email.
7th June chased this was told I would get an email within next

Through, but he put me back to the beginning message, I pressed option for post travel, as I had said it was a recorded message and then I was cut off. I shouldn’t have to make all these calls and have no response from anyone @TUIUK the customer service is disgusting.
