Something familiar is returning.
Something new is arriving.
Two things we’ve been quietly working on for a while.
TRACE · Edition 01 V2 & GLIDE.
September.
@s1ckox@lethaldotgg I have the Neo65 Sonic HE+ and it’s one of my favourite recommendations to anyone who’s looking for a premium keyboard at an amazing affordable price! 😮💨👌🏽
@HWMreb I heard many customers continue buying again due to defects, though not everyone is in the same boat especially with my case. I would never “continue” to buy from any brand which has a bad QC or customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t know earlier until there was a defect :/
My experience with GWolves, both as a customer and as a creator.
Too much to fit into one X post, so I’ve put the full story in the pictures. Swipe through to read :)
Appreciate your time reading this! 🤍
@g_wolves Thank you for taking your time to comment. However my mouse doesn’t work as it should since day 1 which I unfortunately only noticed after 30 days, I just want a refund or replacement. Would you be kind enough to just send me another functioning unit?
@UberFoots@scouy_ I stated that he got back to me for a collaboration. So while I sent him the link of my video I also included that the issues were there. But for some reason, he doesn’t even care if a creator who made content for the brand that has issues with the mouse that’s being promoted?
@bob_job69 My god, I can’t believe people are letting things like this slide without any consequences to Gwolves. They should be held accountable for technically misleading and sounds almost like scamming at this point?
@lightcoreXYZ Jim was basically for the collaboration and the support team doesn’t know I’m a creator. Which is perfect to see how if there’s any differences with treatment. Both horrible 😂
@lightcoreXYZ Ah, nono. I sent Jim a message long time ago for a collab before I bought the mouse. He messaged about the collaboration when I bought the mouse.
@lightcoreXYZ At the end, all I’m trying to say is that any brand shouldn’t just say oh you didn’t meet the criteria by the little bit and therefore it’s an unsuccessful collab with a ruined relationship for both sides. To me it’s not about likes but about time, work & audience that was built.
@lightcoreXYZ If I have a brand, I’d never go around demanding for likes. As a creator in the scene, demanding likes is the stupidest marketing strategy to exist. My video got a lot of views & search views, likes shouldn’t matter at that point.
@lightcoreXYZ Especially when the video isn’t paid, why expect 4K likes? It’s unrealistic + every creator can just bot their video to 4K likes for a few bucks. My content is organic and I actually recommend good products to my audience.
@lightcoreXYZ I agree. For the collaboration part, my videos are both around 3K likes now. However for the matter of a few likes it shouldn’t be an (unsuccessful) collaboration. What type of relationship are you trying to build if you care for 200 or even 1K likes. You can’t demand too much.
