Plz make sure that this driver gets penalized because he made me wait for 12 mins and told me that he will come for the pick up when I called him. Then he cancelled 3 mins later. I'm an in an emergency situation and it's a problem with such drivers.

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am another victim of your worst service. My internet connection stopped working so I raised a ticket. It is taking forever to update the ETR. I called the local ACT incharge about this and he said he will get back. Now he is not answering my calls.

@DTDCIndia I have spoken to my friend who works in DTDC and went to the office and took my parcel.
I called the customer service to know when exactly it will be delivered as I will be leaving the shipping address location by evening but nobody answered my call. No point in discussing now...

@DTDCIndia Just wanted to inform you that your customer care does not answer calls from customers. What's the point in giving cust care number [phone]. Ask the service provider to eliminate the number.
