My statement on the new Medicaid work reporting requirement is below.
Short take: Winners = tech vendors
Losers = 1. people with chronic and acute conditions like cancer and SUD;
2. states trying to implement the rule responsibly.
Nektar Rezpeg binds to CD25 or the IL-2R alpha subunit, this activated tTreg cells (natural or thymal Tregs) and makes them proliferate and control inflammation as seen in AD and AA. However, regular dosing at Q4W seems necessary to keep this treatment effective as still a Signal 3 pathway so the tTregs will need constant stimulation (period to still be determined).
Conversely I am postulating that Corvus Soquelitinib by inhibiting ITK is making iTreg cells (induced or peripheral Tregs), this was shown by Avery August and Corvus, and by affecting the Signal 1 pathway is actually making long-lasting iTregs that are stable and do not seem to need regular stimulation or boosts to see benefit. This could be explanation why 90% patients still showed AD remission 90-days after treatment stopped. This suggests epigenetic changes that are making a long-lasting iTreg and a more complete rebalancing of the immune system.
@Clearpreso It's jarring on rare occasions to see deeply human, Twitter-esque comments (vitriolic, political, etc.)
Do you not get what we're doing here? This is the airport lounge of social media

Latest capital raise is $20m debt financing. Bad look to take out debt while spending money to buy back stock
@Clearpreso You had a spot-on tweet to this effect, in an Irish taxi youโd hear more about Brexit and U.S. elections than you would about domestic issues
Does H. Lutnick realize how blatantly corrupt it would look to dump $100M of taxpayer money into new $QBTS shares, a 99% Canadian shitco that couldn't even pass Stage A of DARPA's QBI process, literally designed to separate scammers from companies worthy of US government funding?
