ECJ SUPREMACY - The Trap Nobody Talks About

Here’s a fact most people in Ériú don’t realise:

Even if we held a referendum tomorrow and voted to REPEAL an EU rule… the EU Court of Justice would STILL claim supremacy over us in that area.

Why?
Because the ECJ invented a doctrine that says:

EU law outranks every national law, even a Constitution, in any area the Treaties cover.

Ireland never explicitly agreed to this.
No referendum ever said “The EU may override the Irish Constitution.”

The ECJ just declared supremacy in cases like:

Costa v ENEL (1964)

Handelsgesellschaft (1970)

Simmenthal (1978)

And once a Member State signs a Treaty, the ECJ says it is permanent and absolute in those areas.

So even if the Irish people said NO to:

EU migration policies

EU climate rules

EU digital ID

EU data sharing (EHDS)

EU emergency health powers (HERA)

…the ECJ would still claim the final say because the Treaties were already signed.

This directly contradicts Article 1 of the Irish Constitution, which says:

Sovereignty is inalienable.

And “inalienable” means:

You cannot give it away.

Not by referendum.

Not by treaty.

Not even temporarily.

So here is the truth:

The Constitution says sovereignty stays with the Irish people.
The ECJ says sovereignty stays with the EU wherever the Treaties apply.

Both cannot be true.

And unless people understand this, we can’t have a real conversation about:

EU membership

the digital transition

migration

climate regulation

or anything else coming down the line.

If Ireland ever wanted to reclaim full control over ANY EU policy area, it wouldn’t be enough to amend the Constitution.

We would have to repeal Article 29.4 (the EU Treaty clause) or renegotiate/exit the relevant Treaties.

That’s the legal reality almost nobody is being told.

Sovereignty is ours, but only if we know it and assert it.

Well, Michael, the real horror is a mother beaten and suffocated to death in her home, discovered by her own daughter. The man she was in a relationship with, who had his passport, fled Ireland hours before the body was found. He’s now detained in Jordan, no thanks to our Gardaí.
Social media may have some awful content, it always does after tragedies, but the vast majority of people are not responsible for that. This is the same deflection we’ve seen before, turning attention to platforms and “online harm” instead of the actual murder, the suspect, and what allowed it to happen. One of my longest-standing arguments is that we are not living in Orwell’s 1984, where truth is centrally suppressed and censored by force (that’s former communist societies, modern-day China, Russia, North Korea).

We are living in something much closer to Huxley’s Brave New World.

The truth is not hidden - it is almost always readily available. But it is buried beneath an industrial quantity of noise: propaganda, outrage, half-truths, conspiracy theories, influencer theatre, algorithmic rage bait and an endless stream of content designed not to inform us, but to keep us emotionally stimulated.

The modern information system does not need to censor the truth when it can simply drown it in noise.

A fact no longer has to be disproven - it only has to be surrounded by a hundred competing claims, stripped of context and nuance, turned into partisan ammunition and pushed into the same feed as celebrity gossip, memes and 15 second videos engineered to deliver the fastest possible dopamine hit. By the time the truth reaches us, it appears as just another piece of content competing for our attention.

That is the more sophisticated form of control: not preventing people from knowing, but exhausting their capacity to care.

Orwell feared a world in which people would be deprived of information. Huxley feared a world in which they would be given so much distraction, stimulation and triviality that they would lose the desire to seek it.

The defining struggle of our age is therefore not simply between truth and censorship, but between truth and indifference.

Glyphosate was introduced in the 70s as an antibiotic and then it was sprayed on the food and put in medicine and vaccines and that one poison alone is killing the shikimate. If the shikimate cannot bind with PSP they cannot go on to make new molecules called EPSPS, they go on to build amino acid which go on to be proteins which go on to be the building blocks for life. Glyphosate binds with the shikimate and kills it. So PSP has no shikimate to create new life with so the brain doesn't build, babies are born deformed.

Mayor of Galway Ms Helen Ogbu claims she fled to Ireland to seek asylum following her husbands politically motivated murder in 2006. But he actually was murdered in 2010. In the photo below she is seen back in Nigeria in 2010 despite having lay claim to asylum four years previously. For asking questions about it the Labour party slammed a Daily Mail journalist publicly. Basically saying he was guilty of harassment of Ms Ogbu for asking her to clarify the timeline of events. Labour ran Ms Ogbu's campaign on the back of an inspiring triumph over tragedy tale.
They further complicated matters by repeatedly posting Ms Ogbu's husband died in 2005. Her website has been taken down but she is yet to comment publicly on the scandal.

History has a funny way of repeating itself.

In 1155, Pope Adrian IV issued what became known as Laudabiliter, a papal bull said to grant Henry II authority to intervene in Ireland.

Think about that for a moment.

A foreign ruler sitting in Rome claiming the authority to give another ruler permission to take control of a nation that was not his to give.

Fast forward to 1917 and we find a similar pattern.

The Balfour Declaration was a letter from the British Government expressing support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine. Once again, powerful men were making promises about lands and peoples as though they were pieces on a chessboard.

Different century.

Different players.

Same question.

By what right does anyone claim the authority to dispose of lands, nations, and peoples that do not belong to them?

Whether it was Ireland, Palestine, Africa, India, or countless other places, history is full of examples of empires, kings, politicians, bankers, and religious authorities drawing lines on maps and signing documents while the people actually living on the land were never consulted.

The people of Ireland did not elect the Pope.

The people of Palestine did not write the Balfour Declaration.

Yet decisions affecting generations were made by individuals far removed from the consequences.

Perhaps the lesson of both Laudabiliter and the Balfour Declaration is not about religion, nationality, or ethnicity.

It is about power.

The people who live on the land are rarely asked.

The documents are signed elsewhere.

The consequences are carried by ordinary men and women.

Once you see the pattern, you start noticing it everywhere.

This video is remarkable.

Bertie Ahern, seemingly out canvassing for Cllr Stephens in the upcoming Dublin Central by-election, seems to go beyond simply telling someone what they want to hear to get out of an awkward encounter on a doorstep.

He appears to agree that mass immigration has not benefited Ireland with Africans being a particular problem. He is aware of the imported Indian upper middle class bulk buying up prime property and consigning native Irish to emigration or their childhood bedroom.

He seems aware that Islam is not compatible with Western values and in the second and third generations leads to a breakdown in social cohesion and a rise in extremism.

So either he's telling people what they want to hear on the doorstep - which will sound unsavoury even for FF's friends in the national media and if they ignore it it'll be impossible to deny their position as the PR arm of the state, or he does believe these things but doesn't have the courage to speak up while others are being demonised as 'far right' and 'racist'.

Interesting to see how this plays out...or is buried.

Absolutely disgusting how they've put Lisa's picture right beside the GARDA saying they don't feel safe in their homes, when 19 men with ballyclavas broke into Lisas home with no warrant and no notice that they were coming, assisted by the GARDA and then tortured her in her bedroom for an hour while her daughter was in the other room, and now Lisa is in prison.

This is gaslighting at the highest level!!

The mainstream Media is absolutely disgusting. They were not present throughout the whole trial they only showed up on the last day of sentencing. And all they've produced is garbage and lies, it's all we see them do especially in the last six years, we have seen the mainstream Media been used as a weapon by the government against us. Which is unconstitutional.

I sat through Lisa Temple’s trial.
No legal team. No disclosure. No preparation time.
She asked for evidence. Denied.
Asked for time. Refused.
Tried to defend herself. Interrupted and cross examined by the judge more than the prosecution.

Lisa stated in court she had NOT waived her right to representation. Still, the trial went ahead.

Under Article 38 of Bunreacht na hÉireann and Article 6 ECHR, that should never happen.

The alleged weapon?
No DNA. No medical report. No clear chain of custody.
Conflicting descriptions. Even expert evidence didn’t match the charge.

She was forced to cross examine people linked to her trauma, while visibly distressed and unwell. Her requests for adjournment were dismissed.

A child asked Gardaí for help and was ignored. This is serious.

An alleged assault was never properly investigated.
This was not a level playing field.
This was not due process.

I witnessed a crime commited against Lisa Temple. Lisa's constitutional and European rights and human rights were not upheld, they were totally disregarded and ignored..

Justice must be seen to be done.

What I witnessed did not meet that standard, it was a major miscarriage of justice, and what we allow to happen to others can one day happen to us.
