@CourtTV McGinniss is the only eye witness to the shooting. He's the definitive witness upon whose testimony the guilt or innocence of Rittenhouse will turn. McGinniss was clearly intimidated by the prosecutor and, as such, the prosecutor was able to cow him and extract key concessions.

▪︎But, McGinness was a terrible witness. He was clearly intimidated by the prosecutor. A cowed McGinness let his obvious fear of the prosecutor cause him to hedge testimony potentially favorable to Rittenhouse.

@CourtTV Rosenbaum (JR) was clearly the aggressor. JR laid in wait for KR, effectively ambushed KR, chased KR, threw his bag at KR, screamed "FU" at KR, catching up to KR, JR lunged at KR & tried to grab KR's firearm. It's as clear a case of aggression as you can find.

I'm not troubled by legal wrangling following this election. I wouldn't buy the stock shares of a company that doesn't have periodic audits by outside accountants, why would I oppose a similar process in something as important as an election.
