@NielsHoven No they think that perhaps the most efficient system to provide healthcare is not one where the consumer pays a corporation and they then pay a fraction of that for healthcare and pocket the rest as profit, with a strong incentive to deny claims.

@drawandstrike Sure, its Art 2 sect 2, says the senate has to advise and consent. If it just said advise you'd be right. Consent means Senate has to agree, as does language that allows Senate to make some positions appointable by the president alone without advice and consent
