@Budget last Saturday I returned my rental to Brindisi airport. I’ve been massively overcharged for the incidentals. Called twice today, was left on hold for over two hours with no response. I paid a premium price to avoid being scammed like this. Totally unacceptable!!

@RoyalMail ahhhhhhh!! Posted two parcels on Thurs. One, parcel force express24, the other, Royal Mail tracked24. The Royal Mail item says it’s been delivered - BUT IT HASN’T. Parcel force item still ‘in transit’. How can I speak to someone??? This service is SO frustrating.
