@drfinchy @Lenovo @Microsoft After interacting with multiple support agents, one exceptionally smart agent downgraded to Windows 10 pro. Nothing else worked. Only caveat.I had to pay for a Pro license. @Microsoft won't issue a free one yet, they forced an upgrade to enterprise on me.Poor customer experience.

@drfinchy @Lenovo @Microsoft I'm not surprised. I equally had a poor experience with a Windows laptop that I purchased in late 2020 with Windows 10 home. Last month, a forced overnight Windows update upgraded it to enterprise edition with no valid license.
