Pretty shocking that tomorrow will be a week since @FordIreland have had my wife's car delivered to them on a recovery truck due to a mech fault. Car is under warranty and still no courtesy car being made available. Car is less than 3yrs old with 42kms - is this to be expected?

@FordIreland I've been ringing the garage & yourselves to escalate it every day. It's bonkers it takes days to sort out all the details. It's one thing that there isn't physical resources to work on the car, but it's another for it to take so long to process the claim details for approval
