A driver I was assigned didn’t move for 10 minutes and refused to answer texts and phone calls. I can’t do a complaint in the app bc it will hurt the driver I ended up getting. I had to pay 50% *more* than usual for this ride, and bc of the first driver was late to work.

All they have to do is *not* assert their own authority over another kid’s identity. They are only being told not to misgender them out loud. Just like they can’t shout down the prayer.
