@davidfowl - also after application initial deployment you will need extra more efforts to setup stdout harvesting

@davidfowl Few more arguments:
- application should behave similar in all env: local, qa, pr- stdout logs "harvesting" setup on your local env is pain.
- it builds hard relation on logs "harvesting" infrastructure and when you will need migrate it, you will need extra efforts
