@EngineMedic22@realJustinCPA@summ_app Re-export the CSV from CoinLedger and upload it to Summ without opening or editing it.
If Error 9000 persists, paste the data into Summ’s import template and upload—no manual entry needed.
A fresh export or quick resync usually fixes it. Let me know if you need step-by-step help!

@realJustinCPA@summ_app I cannot upload my Voyager transactions (via coin ledger) into Summ. I keep getting unkown error code 9000. Any way to import the data without manually typing out thousands of transactions

@Abdurrahma95401 @Ledger It’s usually a firmware or power/sync issue 👍
Your Ledger may stop charging if it or Ledger Live needs an update—try a different USB cable/port, restart the device, update firmware via Ledger Live, and charging often resumes after sync.
Happy to guide you! 😊

Try swapping the USB cable/port, restarting the device, then updating the firmware through Ledger Live—charging usually resumes once it’s synced.
