@NYPD88Pct I was in the Jay St bike lane at Willoughby, which was obstructed by two of your officers. I stopped and said “excuse me” and the white PO replied, “GO AROUND.” I dismounted and as I pushed my @CitiBikeNYC past, he aggressively shoved me. Absolutely no provocation.
@GovKathyHochul@IBEW Union labor builds and maintains NYCT subways and buses but I guess those workers don’t matter when the money - and the whole transit system - dries up. Or should the middle class expect a giant tax hike to cover the difference?
@dahvnyc Just reading your SB article. Thanks for keeping us all in the loop - even those of us who’ve moved afar (because we were sick and tired of NYC’s violent drivers).
@dahvnyc “Hey businesses, I know the biggest inhibitor to economic growth in NYC is traffic but if instead we tax you even more and do nothing about the traffic that’ll be great for the economy, yah?”
@MTA Dear commuters crying about having to pay the congestion fee: you can join the other 95% of commuters and take the train. Or the bus. That's actually the point. For years I paid 50% of my income to live somewhere so I didn't "have" to drive. So now you have to pay too. No tears.
@NYCBikeLanes@D00RZ0NE “If you see something, say something” is the new “911 is a joke”. PS: terrorists, just make a bunch of FDNY placards and park your NYPD-supported truck-bomb anywhere! Yay!
