If you want to do something, think deeply about it and just do it.
Everything has its consequences.
If you feel sad, accept the sadness.
If you feel happy, enjoy the happiness.
If you feel like I want to cry or laugh do it.
Learn the art of acceptance, don't try to change things.
It creates conflicts and it leads to depression and anxiety in the long term.
