Steve Jobs died and Apple didn’t skip a beat, and are more successful than they every were with Jobs at the helm (albeit they may have lost a little of the soul they used to have).

If Elon is such an incredible leader, then Tesla should be capable of surviving, and flourishing, on its own were he ever to depart from the company.
