@BritishGasHelp I've paid over £600 this year for home care support. I ran today as no heating or water and told earliest emergency visit would be 11 days away (almost a fortnight). If you can't provide service can I get a refund then I'll get a local engineer instead?
@SkyHelpTeam love sky but disappointed after an 18 hour messenger conversation to a stretched support desk. All I wanted was a refund for the double Netflix charge I've occured since coming to sky (£40) and to stop being charged twice. Proposed fix charge me £80 more!? Head wall
