I love: transit, climate, and racial equity. I hate: freeway widening, property tax handouts, and Mullin/Schiff/Padilla-funded genocide. Stay mad 💁🏽♀️
.@DarializaforNY: "I do believe that what's happening is a genocide, and I believe that it's a moral injury to the American people that our tax dollars are being used to enact this genocide."
These people will come block new housing meanwhile they're paying property tax at less than 10% of market value like it's 1975
Freeloading to the tune of an entire median income

We need members of Congress who will be uncompromising in their commitment to human rights and the rule of law. Connie Chan is that leader. We urge all voters in California's 11th District to support her campaign and send a clear message that San Francisco stands against Israeli apartheid and genocide and its enablers.
Support Connie Chan for Congress!

We are proud to endorse Connie Chan for Congress in #CA11!
Connie has completed our candidate questionnaire, affirming that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people and that Congress must end U.S. complicity in it and hold those responsible to account.
We heard from many of Connie’s constituents in San Francisco, as well as supporters around the country, who wanted a clear statement of her positions on Gaza, Lebanon, and America’s role in both. We were proud and pleased to offer her that opportunity through our endorsement questionnaire, an opportunity her opponent, state Sen. Scott Wiener, has not taken. Wiener’s positions on these issues have been continuously unclear, and where he has taken a stance, he has stopped well short of what accountability requires. He does not support a full arms embargo on the Israeli government as it carries out this genocide, opposing only offensive weapons sales while continuing to endorse sending what he calls defensive weapons to Israel.
By signing on to our platform, Connie Chan has committed to:
✅ Rejecting support from AIPAC and the rest of the Israel lobby.
✅ Co-sponsoring the Block the Bombs Act (H.R. 3565) and supporting a total arms embargo on Israel.
✅ Co-sponsoring H. Con. Res. 108 to end U.S. involvement in Israel’s war in Lebanon.
✅ Supporting FARA enforcement for pro-Israel and other foreign-government-linked lobbying groups.
✅ Opposing any law that restricts the BDS movement.
✅ Opposing codification of the IHRA definition of antisemitism into federal law.
✅ Supporting Palestinian statehood and full UN membership.
✅ Rejecting corporate PAC money and backing a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United.
I’m saddened to hear of the passing of Earth’s nemesis, Thanos. While we were often on opposing sides of humanity, for example I thought we shouldn’t arbitrarily eliminate half the population, I respected his commitment to fitness and great taste in jewelry.
📢News: BART’s schedule will change on August 10, 2026, with longer trains and big improvements and efficiencies that will reduce delays and crowding!

A friend reached out and asked me to post this for them. The media have been relentlessly attacking Trans March and painting what happened last week as rank antisemitism.
One of our own, @assignedmedia, joined the ranks of those pushing this dangerous and faulty narrative. 1/
the guy to Wiener's left in this photo, one of his biggest backers, called the author of the ceasefire resolution -- a Jewish man whose father survived the Holocaust -- the "reigning champion of antisemitic groups in San Francisco." gee I wonder why people don't believe him
Soon, the House will vote on an amendment to block taxpayer funding to Israel’s military.
I will vote yes.
The Israeli government committed war crimes in Gaza and helped drag America into war with Iran. Americans should not be financing more weapons for Netanyahu.
I am aware that the amendment as written may cut off both military weapons (~$3.3 billion) and some diplomatic funding (~$50 million). While I would prefer to vote on an amendment that stripped just military funding, I think opposing the billions in military funding is what’s most important here.
