@sachinpatelasso He doesn’t know how to talk to his customers. Yeah, it’s been just 3 years that we have shifted here. Think before associating with him.

[Darshan Thakkar @darshan1904]

@sachinpatelasso I am a resident of Sherwoods 23. Due to the poor work quality, my flooring of the kitchen went down. Due to this my modular kitchen got damaged. Mr. Sachin Patel refused to compensate for it and on top of it he was extremely rude in his behaviour.

[Darshan Thakkar @darshan1904]

@GoibiboSupport Highly poor customer service. Everytime a new representative calls with half information and I have to explain the same story again and again. If you don’t want to give the refund then just let it be. Extremely pathetic platform.

[Darshan Thakkar @darshan1904]

@GoibiboSupport Some of your executives lack professional behaviour wherein I didn’t get a call back when call was dropped in between the conversation. Once I was kept on hold for forever. The other time i was told to talk to the airline. I know goIbibo, not the airlines.

[Darshan Thakkar @darshan1904]

@GoibiboSupport Highly Unprofessional & Disappointing Service. Having to call multiple times and explaining the same thing again and again is extremely annoying. If the airlines has processed the refund, what is problem from your end?

Can you please provide further clarification and any additional support possible from your side. @IndiGo6E

[Darshan Thakkar @darshan1904]

These cancellations have really impacted our entire trip because we’re having to reorganise and spend additional time and money. The overall service has also been quite poor as we’ve had to reach indigo multiple times to be able to organise reimbursements. @IndiGo6E

[Darshan Thakkar @darshan1904]

Hi Indigo team,
We’ve had a really unfortunate experience wherein our flights to and from Pantnagar are being cancelled due to bad weather conditions. When checking the weather in Pantnagar we discovered that there are clear skies and sunny weather. @IndiGo6E

There should be no tolerance towards such monstrous and barbaric acts. No trials, no proceedings and no mercy, such monsters don’t deserve to live. #JusticeForDisha #justiceserved

#JamyangTseringNamgyal you are the voice of thousands of Kashmiris which was oppressed in the era of totalitarianism. What an amazing speech!

It is very disheartening to lose a great leader on this very historic day for India. What a people’s leader she was!
