If you’re considering a @BenQIndia monitor for professional work, be cautious. Their monitors have great panels, but if something goes wrong, the service is among the worst. I've been waiting over 3 weeks for an RMA response, think twice before buying. @RajeevSinghBenQ #BenQ

I can say that, if this behaviour continues then people should not risk their money for this kind of poor service.
