@MoPNG_eSeva Is it possible to get relaxation/exemption as disconnecting the pipe connection will affect the tenants and disconnecting the cylinder will affect us.

It will be of great help if you could provide some solution to overcome this situation.

Thanks

@MoPNG_eSeva :
Hello sir,
I have one query regarding the cylinder+ pipe dual connection.
We have pipe connection for the apartment which is on rent... We have cylinder connection for the apartment where we are staying.

@SwiggyCares I have still not received any clear communication on your policy on order cancellation. Awaiting your response.

[Debashish Das @dasdebashish17]

@Swiggy :
While trying to check the price of a dish, i mistakenly placed order. As Swiggy money had balance it automatically deducted the amount and placed order.
Realising my mistake I immediately requested for cancellation but I was denied cancellation. What's ur policy?

[Debashish Das @dasdebashish17]

@zomatocare : I would like to know what is your policy on cancellation of order. What happens if I place order by mistake and cancel it within a minute.

[Debashish Das @dasdebashish17]

@SwiggyCares If the Swiggy wallet has money, you make Swiggy wallet as default payment option. In such case you automatically deduct money without any scope of customer confirming the order.

[Debashish Das @dasdebashish17]

@SwiggyCares @zomatocare : do you allow cancellation of order within a minute ? If yes, then probably I will switch to zomato for all my future orders.

[Debashish Das @dasdebashish17]

@SwiggyCares So you mean to say that within one minute the order gets confirmed?
It sounds more like once the order is placed rather than once the order is confirmed.

[Debashish Das @dasdebashish17]

@SwiggyCares The order got placed at 10:17 pm and i requested for cancellation at 10:18 pm. Yet couldn't cancel

Thanks.

[Debashish Das @dasdebashish17]

@delhimilkbasket : I have contacted your support to enable my address for delivery. They said they have enabled but still enable to place order.

Could you please help me out.

[Debashish Das @dasdebashish17]

@HomeCentreIndia :
I booked a sofa from phoenix Mall of Asia outlet. The MRP quoted there was way higher than the MRP available online.
This is a fraudulent practice and would like to be compensated before taking this up with consumer forum.
