Landed my 3rd hackathon win & officially became a 3X Hackathon winner! 🏆

My recent prediction market build, @FanVibeOnX, placed 3rd in the @XLayerOfficial s03 xcup / Uniswap v4 hook hackathon.

All rewards are being channeled straight back to scaling FanVibe into a fully polished consumer product. Massive thanks to @lararaxyz & everyone who supported the build stage.

If you’re a builder grinding for that first win, here is the exact blueprint I used to secure my last 3 wins:

-> Ideation: You + Gemini can do incredible things. Start there.

-> The Setup: Feed your idea & the exact hackathon rules into your AI agent. Ask it to check for competitive overlap & how to maximize value for the host ecosystem.

-> The Audit: Before submitting, have your agent do away with bugs & rate your final build against the hackathon rubric out of 10. If it’s a 6.5, ask for the exact features needed to push it to a 9/10. That’s your safe zone.

-> Execution: Build a working MVP, not a prototype. Real tech with immediate functionality & basic traction will always outrun a brilliant but non-functional idea.

Ultimately, max out all your ideas and resources don't leave any out & look beyond the incentives. This is how you transition from a builder to a founder.

Zoom out from X & get those results. Validation doesn't matter, execution does.
