@OfficialLoganK My brother is a rising senior and anxious about entering the market at this stage, something like this would be huge for people like him!
I am bothered more than I should by this annoying AI generated pattern. I don't see this in my day to day usage of actual models, but it's everywhere on this platform. Which model does this?
@RivianTrackr@Elevert16 I would assume with the higher volume expectations of the R2, we'd see more options faster though. The R1 was always a small market, high end car, so it makes sense that we didn't get options for a while.
@ai_for_success Same tried it with three pictures last night, all got rejected. The default thresholds seem very conservative at the moment. Hopefully they loosen up as they get feedback.
@matvelloso@Michael_Roned@AristoSamos Wouldn't those users just use chromium though? If they care this much, they likely want to just build from source and manage everything. But there's no way that's a good experience for your average chrome user.
@ajpri1998@mrkylefield@Hyundai@Waymo Still a lot of laws that require them, so they have to wait for that to get fixed before building vehicles without them is my guess.
@NarniaYouTube@TinFoilHatDan@bonchieredstate@sunnyright There are techniques used like https://t.co/sju7NlHZ6k which watermark AI-generated content. It would be trivial for different social media platforms to look for these watermarks and give users a signal.
@scojat28@Turbinetraveler I would think all families with small children are lining up ready to buy this. They already pay for the individual seats, to have a place for the kids to lay flat for naps is going to be life changing!
@OfficialLoganK https://t.co/Y5xrNKbJ3a - created this Cantonese learning app with AI Studio for my kids to make their Chinese school homework just a little but more fun and help them stay connected with their grandparents!
@itskyleconner@RJScaringe Really curious if there are plans for a XL pack for the 400+ miles range. That's the only thing I wish was an option, otherwise we love the R2.
@mattyglesias The drop also coincides with covid flipping everything upside down and resetting norms. I wouldn't be surprised if that was an accelerant in this case as well.
