Kenyans have reached a point where they are no longer reacting to President William Ruto's politics they are anticipating it.

Kalonzo Musyoka said we're tired of leadership that only remembers the people an year to elections.

Every new announcement is met with the same question: "What's the political calculation behind this one?" That, by itself, says a lot about the level of public skepticism.

The old playbook appears to be losing its grip.

Many voters have heard the promises before.

Money alone cannot guarantee public support.

Appeals to tribal loyalties no longer seem to carry the same weight they once did, and even the state machinery often appears to be responding to events rather than confidently shaping them.

When a government reaches a stage where citizens spend more time predicting its next move than believing its message, it suggests that trust has become the biggest political challenge.

In the end, no leader is smarter than millions of citizens who are watching, comparing, questioning, and ultimately making their own decision at the ballot box.

May the @IEBCKenya grant us a free, fair, transparent, credible and verifiable election that reflects the will of the kenyan people.
