@TitleIGuru @juliam_dc @ddeschryver @EdNCES Increases of that magnitude to Targ. and EFIG make the + of hold harmless provisions for those two streams necessary. LEAs who hover around that 5% # could see GIGANTIC decreases to their allocations from prelim to final. This would have a similar impact upon an LEA’s TIVA $.

@rickwormeli2 While I agree w/the premise that these skills applied for purposes harmful to the greater good is not desirable (who wouldn’t?), I don’t agree w/ the “either or” dichotomy posited (prepping Ss for world of work OR making the world a better place). Why can’t we have both? #equity
