@simonrug It is the issue, they play for a pro team but don’t get to play the way that the regions play, so have to change when they get back to academy training.

@simonrug I totally agree, perhaps if these guys were to play week in week out, then they might stay, how many games to the equivalent academies across the bridge play.

@simonrug Also who do the regional academies play against, apart from each other, perhaps if they went to play against other academys get some exposure to different scenarios and pressures they will be better prepared when the get into the senior ranks.

@simonrug I don’t think the other teams in the URC have been putting out full strength sides in the URC, preference for the big European games. So I do not think the URC league properly reflects. Prepared to be proved wrong
