However, this isnt the dominant issue for me in our development, its our speed+cost to deploy it

@BBCNewsnight A brain incapable of seeing things in a different way. Tax and spend is utterly institutionalised in a generation of politicians which is a big part of the countries problem. HS2 cost more than the direct project cost and they cannot see…opportunity cost/cost of debt etc
