I can’t believe how poor the service I am receiving from @virginmedia is. Been struggling for 2 months with broadband upgrade. Hours wasted on the phone waiting for and talking to call centre. Feel like I should sue them for disrupting my work.

I just suffered really terrible service at the hands of @Adobe that, even though legally correct, was extremely unkind, and feels like a rip-off. They have made an uncustomer for life. And now, I have written a tweet about it, and feel about 2% better :):(:)
@ProfBrianCox I would agree Brian, because my beliefs may be familiar to yours. But unfortuately, that is the nature of ideologies. They affect everything.
Rewatching clips of the awesome @FrankieBoyle abuse his audience, it occurs to me that, as a morbidly obese Jew who is an IT consultant, married to a younger Thai wife, I may be a secret weapon designed by the CIA to explode Frankie's mind with the possibilities of insulting me.
I am getting ripped off by this company called @Beer52HQ. They don't allow you to cancel subscription online, and never answer the phone. Can anyone advise/help as to what to do? #ripoff#fraud
Thought for the day: Climate change, equality, deep fakes, privacy, ethics of automation/AI etc. are the easy issues to address, preserving/enhancing our humanity is the tough one.
