@TfL Hi, to go from Bishops Stortford (BIS) to Heathrow T5 using Elizabeth Line contactless at peak time the fare finder shows £20.20. Just wanted to check that includes the Elizabeth line surcharge as same price showing as using Piccadilly line?
@greateranglia just wanted to clarify. To go from BST to Heathrow T5 using Elizabeth line at peak time is £46.10 if I buy ticket on GA app but only £20.20 if I just use contactless?
@greateranglia Staff at Liverpool Street said the overhead wires were wrapped around the broken down train but haven't seen anything official posted, is this true?
@LeeDoddsUK@greateranglia I'm seeing an issue with smart cards too this morning. The app randomly won't scan my card and it won't load my new ticket onto it when it does scan.
@Esper_Games@ShioraW@EGX They replied and said we would still be able to get access using the QR code from order conf if it doesn't arrive. Still means queuing tho so have asked them to resend but no reply yet.
@EGX my tickets were apparently shipped on Monday 11th via Royal Mail tracked service but Royal Mail tracking says they still haven't received from you. Are they lost or are there delays?

@waitrose like many others the last few weeks I have been receiving low value and irrelevant vouchers. This happened last year and you said it was a glitch at the time. Pls can you fix again?
