Re-upping my yearly (bi-yearly?) request to have swings replaced at playground next to Anacostia Rec Center. @311DCgov one baby swing missing for 2 years! Other should be replaced before a baby ends up on the ground. The two big kid swings also about to tear—both need replacing.
