@teortaxesTex My understanding is that the most technically difficult part of ASML's EUV systems are the light sources, which are made in San Diego at the ex-Cymer facility. This is the basis for the U.S. being able to control exports of ASML's equipment.

@Porkchop_EXP You know how your car has a fresh and recirculate button? That's the difference. Instead of just cooling the inside air over and over, the one hose model blows air outside. That air has to be replaced or your house would implode. The air that replaces it is outside temp.

What do people use for AI assisted airline search? Claude/GPT/Gemini can’t seem to acccurately pull price/schedule information. They seem to hit anti-bot measures. Claude comp use works but is extremely slow for my problem which requires about 30-40 google flights searches.

@GergelyOrosz Crazy that they were doing this full time. That said, if you’re building models, there is no substitute for looking at the data. Doing labelling say half an hour per day, particularly on known hard examples will give you insights that you won’t otherwise have.

@MikeB2KC @AlexHollings52 It's absolutely massive. If you ever get out to Tucson, check out the Pima Air and Space Museum. They have a B-36 a couple of planes down from a B-52, which is enormous, but the B-36 is significantly bigger.

@littleapostate Yep. My wife had a really hard labor with our first. Everything worked out great , but it was hard and she needed my help. Everything worked out great though and the experience brought us way closer together. Back labor is no joke.

@elonmusk Hey, we don't care if you're "secretly manipulating" the recommendations, we just want to do it ourselves. We want to be able to decide what's on our own X feed. Maybe X makes more money if we view certain things, but we don't care and just want to view what's useful to us.

@Plinz What did you expect? We did the same thing with Covid, sent the Diamond Princess passengers home and no one got fired. The people at the WHO who said there was no human-human transmission of Covid are still there telling us “the risk is low.”

@Jacob_Naviaux The inspector can't look in a lot of places, so if you see enough stuff wrong in the places you can look, it's not about getting those fixed, it's time to bail.

@DrPhiltill Yeah it's funny how everyone is different in this. They gave us a pulse ox, but didn't tell us when we should turn on the oxygen. I was down to 58 when I finally turned on the O2, and I felt coherent then, but I later found out that that was a pretty dangerous situation!
